Operates the public transportation system in the Parish. The agency’s on-demand response service or door to-door operation is provided to low income, economically disadvantaged elderly and disabled residents of Plaquemines Parish. More than half of the vehicles are wheel chair accessible. Patrons must schedule a trip in advance to assure them door-to-door service.
